Broadcast Motion Graphics Demo Reel

This reel is a collection of ID's and Channel Branding that I produced and developed from concept to production for the American Forces Network. AFN at the time had just added an new channel to their line-up called "AFN xtra." And it was my job to come up with branding and a look for the new channel along with informing the subscribers what the new channel was going to provide. The Pinball ID for "AFN extra" was unfortunately never given the go ahead and is only a test. There are also several other channel branding items for the AFN Movie channel, seasonal events for all channels and a News Special Event "kit" that allowed the editors to quickly put together a stylized news alert.

Special note: I created all the art work for the ID's (excluding the television logos, naturally) using Photoshop, Illustrator also many of the illustrations are hand drawn. I edited the video in Final Cut Pro and also chose the music and edited it down using FCP.

Feature Film Title Design Demo Reel

This reel contains the Feature Film Title Designs that I made while at Cinema Research Corporation. All of the titles were created on a Mac and then output to film and shot on a down shooter (The old fashion way). Due to contractional restrictions, I unfortunately did not receive a film credit for many of the big studio films that I worked on during my years at CRC.

DVD Menu Demo Reel

I designed this multi-menu DVD menu for a company that specialized in IMAX re-formated DVD's. The producer was very happy with my work but the client who I will not name by name (Slingshot) never paid me for the work and they never paid others for their work. As far as I know the DVD was never produced, so all I have to show of my work are copies of my files. The idea was that each time you made a selection on the menu one of three menus would come up.
